3. DUTIFUL DELIVERY
We will provide schedules for the delivery of information, feedback, and payment, and to make things run as smoothly as possible everyone must do their best to comply with these.
4. CONFIDENT APPROACH
A high level of creativity and production value is only achievable if everyone trusts each other's decisions and responsibilities. We will only suggest what we think is best for the project, and we highly recommend our collaborators and clients to always take this into consideration.
5. CLEAR COMMUNICATION
We work most effectively under thorough guidelines and ask for clear and informative communication. This both counts in times of excitement and in the need of improvement.
Terms of services
These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") apply to every agreement between Per Bergmann Studio., Grønnegade 93B, 8000 Aarhus C, Denmark ("Per Bergmann Studio") and a contracting party that acts in exercise of its trade, business or profession ("Partner") (together referred to as "Parties" or individually as "Party") regarding any kind of services to be provided by Per Bergmann Studio (e.g. Still photography, Art direction, Graphic design, Film production) unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
1. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due eight days following the invoice date unless agreed otherwise by Per Bergmann Studio and the Customer.
In the case of late payment Per Bergmann Studio is entitled to calculate interests from the due date in accordance with § 5 of the Danish Interest Act (Renteloven), which is currently the Side 4 of 4 reference rate of the Danish National Bank with an additional 8 % per year. In addition, Per Bergmann Studio may charge a reminder fee of DKK 200.
The contract sum will be due to the invoicing plan attached with the approved quotation.
The Customer bears all expenses for transportation, catering, overtime, and materials for workshops and meetings during the production period. The costs will be invoiced in accordance with their actual price.
2. PRODUCTION SCHEDULE
The production will settle in accordance with the production schedule provided by a Per Bergmann Studio Producer. Changes in the production schedule may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as, but not limited to, cancellation of filming locations or bad weather conditions. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, Per Bergmann Studio and the Customer will agree upon the changes to the production schedule.
3. FEEDBACK & CORRECTIONS
A draft of the production will be presented to the Customer at an initial correction round. At this round, the Customer is allowed to request revisions. Only the corrections mentioned in the initial correction round can be discussed in subsequent correction rounds.
The Customer must provide feedback in accordance with the post-production schedule. Further modification requests or delay of feedback might affect the production schedule, and Blonde Inc. reserves the right to charge an additional remuneration.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that once you have booked a creative treatment/script/visual identity/edit/pitch/pre-production with us, we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel the project after we have begun developing creative direction / art direction/ visual identity/ edit / pitch / print production / pre production, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of DKK
5. USAGE RIGHTS
Per Bergmann Studio is responsible for clearing and settling any third-party rights. If the Customer uses the production in another way than described by Per Bergmann Studio., it is the Customer's responsibility to clear and settle any third party's rights. The Customer and Per Bergmann Studio may enter into a separate agreement on a reasonable remuneration to Per Bergmann Studio for the negotiation and settlement of any subsequent rights.
Per Bergmann Studio is, according to these terms and conditions, entitled to, in connection with its marketing, perform the production or excerpts of same on its digital platforms, social media, both known and unknown, showroom, and lookbook indefinitely.
6. GENERAL
The service includes everything that is explicitly listed in the quotation. Corollary, it does not include what is not explicitly stated.
By approving this agreement, the Customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
